Birth Apr-Jun 1850 found both on Free BMD (Durham Vol 24 p88)  and GRO.gov  (Durham and Lanchester Vol 24 p 88 Mother’s maiden name Robinson)

1851 Census England & Wales Aged 1 living at Fenn Hall, Tollbar, in Durham, Lanchester with parents and older sister Martha Robinson aged 4y who was born in North d., Spital Tongue. (Would she have been illegitimate, perhaps a different father although noted as his daughter)  Father George born in Durham aged 30y is an Ag Lab, mother Mary born Jarrow is 25y. 

1861 Census England & Wales Timothy is a scholar, living with his parents and two younger sisters Mary Ann aged 8 and Hannah aged 1 in Lanchester.  All the children it says were born in Lanchester. 

1871 Census England & Wales Aged 21y he is still with his parents, father now a General Labourer.  As well as Hannah aged 11y he has two more younger sisters Jane aged 8y and Isabella aged 5y both born in Lanchester.

Wesleyan Methodist Minister from 1873 see Entered ministry , source also states died 1924.  Newspaper could be used to track his appointments. Was at The Mint, Exeter perhaps around time of his marriage?

1881 Census England & Wales we find Rev Timothy working as a Wesleyan Methodist Minister aged 31, with wife Lucy Ann and daughter Mary Winifred aged 1.  They live on Middleton Rd, Warkworth, Banbury, Northamptonshire.  They have taken a local girl aged 17y as a general servant (domestic) named Elizabeth Jane Waters, born Middleton, Northants.  

1891 Census England & Wales. Rev Timothy and family are living at 38 Penn Rd Villas, Lower Holloway, Islington, London. Timothy and Ann Lucy’s family have expanded.  They have Mary W, 11y, Catharine A, 8y, Edward P, 6y, and Dorothy A, 3y with them. Servant Amy E Harvey a British subject born in Antigua (Caribbean) aged 17y lives with them as a mother’s help. 

1901 Census England & Wales. Not found on Ancestry

1911 Census England & Wales we find Rev Timothy with no family members at home on census night in St John-in-Hackney, 66 Filey Avenue, Clapton North Hackney.  Mabel Emily Holt domestic servant aged 25y is there too (She was born Old Kent Rd, London)

1923 Aug 4th the Wiltshire Times & Trowbridge Advertiser  tells us Rev.Timothy Wheatley is to continue in his station as supernumerary minister at Calne Wiltshire. (Accessed via BritishNewspaperArchive.co.uk)

Died 1924 As a Wesleyan Methodist Minister it should be possible to access his obituary from the Methodist Conference Minutes 1924 or 1925 (not yet available online).

GRO.gov only has one death for this name in 1924.  Quarter March Wallingford Volume 02C page 490
